Optimized Airflow with Robust EVS Fans and Modular Accessories

Our EVS fan systems are engineered for high performance in underground environments, combining durability, efficiency, and adaptability. The galvanized fan casing houses a high-efficiency impeller with adjustable pitch angle, ensuring optimal performance even under demanding conditions.

EVS fans can be equipped with a wide range of accessories, including:

  • Inlet cones/bell mouths with protective grids and optional airflow measurement systems.
  • Silencers with or without center pods, built with rugged welded frames for effective noise reduction.
  • Diffusers with low-loss, customizable for bulkhead installations.
  • Dampers, including jalousie dampers for up to 10 kPa pressure and throttle dampers for precision control.
  • Modular Frames allowing for easy expansion or reconfiguration of the fan system.
  • Starting Equipment & VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) tailored to specific electrical and control system requirements.

Reliable Door Systems for Harsh Underground Conditions

Our specially designed doors provide both security and airflow regulation in underground operations, built to withstand extreme differential pressures and challenging conditions.

MineDoor

Engineered for high-pressure applications, the MineDoor features a central shaft design that allows it to rotate even under substantial air pressure. The galvanized door and painted steel frame come pre-assembled for easy on-site installation. Perfect for placement near ventilation shafts or large access areas.

DiffPressureDoor

Developed for operations with high wind load and safety demands, this door is rated for up to 4000 Pa differential pressure. Custom dimensions (up to 5000 mm wide) and optional regulator functionality make it ideal for dynamic ventilation environments.

Pressfold™ Door

A manually operated folding door that neutralizes air-pressure forces by design. Rated for 500 Pa, Pressfold™ is ideal for access points that are used occasionally but still face significant wind loads—where other manual doors fall short.

These special doors combine robust construction with smart design, ensuring safe and effective passage in the most demanding underground applications.

  • Fully customizable to match airflow volumes and temperature demands.
  • Complete system delivery including transformers, electrical switchgear, control systems, and heaters, all pre-installed in easy-to-deploy containers.
  • Year-round utility: While primarily designed for winter heating, the system can also participate in grid frequency containment reserve (FCR), supporting energy grid stability by adjusting consumption during demand fluctuations.
